Leah Greengarten
In the the 80's Leah was diagnosed with Dyslexia. Rather than allowing this to become a hinderance, she embraced it. She worked harder, faster and longer. After 27 years, she tells the stories about the people and teachers that changed her life. She believes that dyslexia is a blessing in disguise.
Leah has been working as an international print journalist for the last 6 years, living in London, Paris and Sydney. Her articles have appeared in the International Herald Tribune, The Sunday Times Travel Magazine and Travel + Leisure. Her latest piece will be published in the coming months in the New York Times.
Leah was born in Sydney Australia in 1981 and graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2003 with a Bachelor of Media Communications. She is currently completing her Masters in Journalism at the University of Technology in Sydney.
