Essere
Amazing programs giving life long skills to empower children and parents. Indigenous programs a specialty. Watch your child soar in self esteem.
Essere (To Be) is a recognised leader in living skills and self-esteem programs for people from all walks of life, including the underprivileged and Aboriginal people. With a dynamic and empowering team individuals are assisted to obtain emotional, mental and physical well being through effective, resourceful, supportive and tangible tools that become life altering for participants.
To build one’s self-esteem enhances their ability to learn and live more productively, happily, healthy and effectively in all areas of life. Having good self-awareness is the most important component an individual can have in life; it is the basis of what makes one who they truly are.
Our world is such a fast reality to live in. Children observe and are a part of many wonderful and many destructive mediums, these all have their positive and negative effects on the individual. Many children and adults lack the skills and strategies to deal with everyday life and more importantly to deal with and understand themselves in reference to choices they make, life’s challenges such as family breakdown, situations with their peers and just simply understanding their own emotions and reactions to them and those around them.
Essere is not counselling, rather it is a skills and strategies based workshop presented in a safe and productive environment. The team are professionals and we pride ourselves in being culturally sensitive and show the highest level of integrity.
